Paballo Lethunya
Paballo Lethunya completed an undergraduate Degree in Economics and Statistics at the National University of Lesotho and further went to Cape Town at the University of Stellenbosch to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Monitoring & Evaluation Methods. He is currently pursuing MSc in Translational Health Science at Oxford University in the United Kingdom (UK).
Mr. Lethunya joined LeBoHA in 2020 with a clear focus on building inclusive and comprehensive M&E systems. He has over 8 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative methodologies. He is, among others, responsible for programme development and design, research, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation of programmes and strategic plan safeguarding.

Work Philosophy
The best way is to develop and follow a plan. Start with your goals in mind and then work backward to develop the plan. What steps are required to get you to the goals? Make the plan as detailed as possible. Try to visualize and then plan for, every possible setback. Commit the plan to paper and then keep it with you at all times.
